If you're ever out-and-about and unarmed with something healthy, do what I do, and swing by the nearest supermarket and pick up a pack of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries, (or any fruit!) to hold you over until you can get in a healthy meal! I promise, it takes just as much time to go through the drive-thru- and you'll be getting a little exercise!
